Women’s Beginner Boot Camp

CrossFit Cú Chulainn is delighted to announce that our ever popular Beginner Boot Camp is returning for 2015! This is the perfect class if you are looking to kick off 2015 …as a healthier & happier year. These classes are suitable for those with little or no previous experience with exercise and training. Our coaches understand that it can be hard to start something new, so we strive to create a fun and relaxed environment in every class.

To compliment the Boot Camp & your goals, a nutritional seminar will be held at the initial stages of the course. The goal of this session will be to maximise results for you from the start! A support system will also be established for the group so no one person will have to go it alone!

 

Class runs every Tuesday & Thursday at 8pm and every Saturday at 10am. The course is priced at €50 per month.BOOK NOW to avoid disappointment as spaces for this class always sell out quickly!
