At CrossFit Cú Chulainn we cater for athletes, teams, fitness enthusiasts and beginners. To ensure that each class participant is fully comfortable and relaxed with the core movements used in our workouts, it is compulsory that every member attends one of our beginner friendly CrossFit classes:

  • Women’s Only Beginner Boot Camp

After you have perfected the necessary techniques then you can progress into the next level of classes & put your new skills to the test!

A workout will be also be included at each session so that you are training right from the start! Uniquely, each workout in CrossFit can be scaled to cater for every level of fitness from beginner to athlete so this class is perfect for everyone to get started!

Our coaches understand that it can be difficult to start something new so we strive to create a fun and relaxed environment in every class.

Classes will run’s every Monday & Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday’s at 10am. Membership for our beginner sessions is €50 per month. As class size is limited, BOOK NOW to avoid disappointment!!
