Team Training

The layout of CrossFit Cú Chulainn is designed specifically to accommodate team and squad training. We believe that by providing a facility that has the ability to cater to the specific needs of team training, the maximum potential of each squad can be reached without difficulty.

Our coaches have combined experience of both training teams with functional training regimes and also playing with teams. This unique blend provides the CrossFit Cú Chulainn team with insights into the needs, goals and priorities for teams and their coaches.

Team sessions will utilise a combination of olympic bars, kettle bells, rigs and CrossFit movements so that an anaerobic workout is created. This type of training has been proven to drastically increase the level of fitness of each participant. As a result of this regime, each team member will excel in the current or upcoming season.

Additionally, high intensity sessions at CrossFit Cú Chulainn create a demanding workout for each team member and this in turn creates a stronger mental approach to all training for participants.

Each team member is offered nutritional support from our coaches to compliment their CrossFit training regime. This includes guidance in relation to meal planning, pre-workout, post-workout and pre-match rituals on a continuous basis.
